Joyce Cross

Mrs. Joyce M. Cross, age 81, died Friday, March 15, 2013. She was born in Palms, MI on August 17, 1931 to Lyle & Margie (Dean) Maynard. Mrs. Cross had been employed as a clerk at Sears & Roebuck for 20 years until retiring in 1991. She was a member of Ferrysburg Community Church and Fruitport Silver Eagles who enjoyed old movies, yard work, baking and traveling. But foremost was always your family. SURVIVORS Sons, Daniel Cross of NE, William Cross of Fruitport; grandson, Rodney; sisters, Phyllis Blanchard of OR, Ruth Johnson of Detroit; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, David; brother, Larry; sisters, Cora Hesson & Ardith Richards. MEMORIAL SERVICE Wednesday, March 20, 2013, 11:00 AM at Ferrysburg Community Church with Rev. Nathan Visker officiating. VISITATION Tuesday, 5:00-8:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home-Fruitport. MEMORIAL: Alzheimer's Association.
