Josie Lanore

Mrs. Josie. LaNore, age 82, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014. She was born in Fruitport, MI on July 12, 1931 to Nicholas & Anna (Tyndyke) Gleban and married Raynold LaNore on October 22, 1949. Mrs. LaNore had been a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed camping, fishing, baking, porcelain dolls and bird watching. But foremost was always her family. The family would like to thank the staff at Seminole Shores for their loving care of Josie. SURVIVORS Sons, Terry LaNore, Steve (Diane) LaNore, Randy (Elaine) LaNore all of Fruitport; daughters, Sue (Bill) Lodes of Grand Haven, Teresa (Gary) Carron and Lori (Tom) Adams both of Fruitport; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raynold; five brothers and five sisters. SERVICE Friday, April 11, 2014, 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church of Fruitport with Rev. Steve Worth officiating. Interment at Fruitport Township Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon and Friday, one hour prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice or Parkinson's Association of West Michigan.
