Josephine M. Nordgren NORDGREN, MRS. JOSEPHINE M. (Widow of Roy) N. Muskegon Mrs. Josephine M. Nordgren, age 99, died Monday, February 6, 2006 in N. Muskegon. She was born on April 15, 1906 in Pennsylvania to Thomas and Anna (Kendzior) Roczyskie, and had resided in the Muskegon area for many years. Mrs. Nordgren had worked at Shaw-Walker for 32 years, and was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. On October 11, 1930 she married Roy H. Nordgren, and he preceded her in death on March 14, 1966. Mrs. Nordgren is survived by her caregivers, nephews Robert (Mary) Thue, and Karl (Sonja) Westman; and by several other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Nordgren was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, and 5 sisters. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be 1 PM Thursday at the Marian Chapel, of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. VISITATION with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service, from 12 - 1 PM. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery.
