Mr. Joseph F. Strait, age 69, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2011. He was born in Grand Haven, MI on December 4, 1941 to Joe & Irene (Sellers) Strait and served his country in the US Army. He married the former Karen Aldred on February 26, 1966. Mr. Strait had been a truck driver for Air Master Systems until retiring in 2003. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. SURVIVORS Wife of 45 years, Karen; sons, Sean (Jen Jeske) Strait of Spring Lake, Troy (Sara) Strait of Baldwin, Patrick (Tiffany) Strait of Grand Haven; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Vickie Bailey of Spring Lake; brother, Jeff Strait of Fruitport; several nieces & nephews. MEMORIAL GATHERING Sunday, March 6, 2011, 2:00-6:00 PM at River Haven Club House, 14546 Mercury Drive, Grand Haven.
