Joni Teuling

Joni Janine Teuling, age 51, passed away on August 5, 2007 at Transitional Health Services in Fremont after a 27 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born on May 23, 1956 the daughter of Job and Alice Teuling. Joni was a member of the Unity Reformed Church. She worked at Oakridge School as a Teachers Aide and at Rykes Bakery. She played the piano, organ and flute. Joni graduated from Oakridge High School and attended Baker College. Along with her parents Joni is survived by her son Todd Joseph Teuling and his fiance', Melissa; two brothers, Michael (Cindy) Teuling, of Idaho Springs, CO, and Douglas (Debra) Teuling, of Twin Lake; a sister Cheryl (Dan) Postema, of Ravenna; along with several nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Joan Gawron, of Muskegon, and the Gawron Family. Funeral Services will be held at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and also one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment Egelston Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Fremont.
