John "Jack" Williams

Mr. John "Jack" Watson Williams , age 91, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on March 24, 1926 to Nelson & Eva (Bell) Williams and married the former Maxine Riddle on May 15, 1946. Mr. Williams had been self employed as a salesperson for Dyna Weld for 15 years. Jack served in the U.S. Army Air Corp., enjoyed horses as well as participating in horse shows, airplanes and flying and operating radio controlled planes. SURVIVORS Wife of 71 years, Maxine; sons, Theodore (Mary Lou) Williams, Larry Mark (Shelly Ann) Williams; daughter, Catherine Lynn Williams; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Robert Johnston. He was preceded in death by parents; brother, Robert Truman Williams; sisters, Evelyn Lynn Ochs, Jeanne Riddle, Marilyn Moseler & Betty Johnston. SERVICE Monday, August 28, 2017, 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Fr. William Langlois officiating. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice Poppen House.
