John A. Veen

John A. Veen, age 59, passed away on October 24, 2007. John is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rita; three sons, Andrew (Kristi), Paul, and Jack (Angela); seven grandchildren, Adam, Ashlee, Kristian, Emily, Jacob, Logan, and Morgan; five brothers, Jack (Shirley), Jim, Clare (Maurine), Bill (Sheila), Rick (Tracy); his mother-in-law, Leone Batchelder; and two sisters-in-law, Karla Bates and Paula Rowe. John worked for Rogers Printing. He was a longtime member and Head Usher at First Wesleyan Church, 1040 E. Forest where a Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Robert Henderson officiating. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to First Wesleyan Church.
