John Carl Schumann

SCHUMANN, MR. JOHN C. JR. "JAKE" Muskegon Mr. John "Jake" C. Schumann, age 91, died Thursday, December 1, 2005. He was born in Chicago, IL on March 27, 1914 to married the former Mary Kielar on April 11, 1955 in Muskegon. Mr. Schumann had been one of the original founders of Michigan Spring Company and had been chief engineer for 40 years. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Muskegon Elks, Muskegon Eagles, and the White Lake Golf Club. SURVIVORS Wife of 50 years, Mary; 1 brother, Elmer Schumann of Muskegon; sister-in-law, Rose Peterman. SERVICE Monday, December 5, 2005, 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Fr. Jim Wyse officiating. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery. VISITATION Sunday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM. MEMORIAL: St. Michael's Church Endowment Fund.
