CONLEY, MR. JOHN H. Twin Lake, MI Mr. John H. Conley, age 68, died Tuesday, August 28, 2001. He was born in Hylton, KY on July 8, 1933 to David & Lillie Sanders Conley & married the former Phyllis J. Johnson on May 28, 1956. Mr. Conley served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as an Inspector at Brunswick Corp. for 44 years prior to retiring in 1995. He was a member of the Church of Christ. SURVIVORS Wife, Phyllis; son, Johnny Conley of Muskegon; 3 daughters, Julie Nguyen Le & Cherri Terry Arvey, both of Muskegon & Dovie Garrett Sturtevant of Fruitport; 6 grandchildren, Julie Anne Straley, Jerome Valero, Jade Le, Amber Le, Adam Smith & Kaitlin Arvey; 1 great-grand-daughter, Maya Straley; 4 sisters, Christina William Holland of OH, Louise Everett Cantrell & Sandra James Rich, both of KY & Dovie John Stephens; 2 brothers, Ronnie Mary Conley of PA & Lester Ruby Conley of KY. He was preceded in death by a son, Jerome; a daughter, Phyllis & by a brother, Gary. SERVICES Friday, August 31, 2001, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Minister Wesley Cogburn officiating.
