BORGERDING SR., MR. JOHN C. "JAKE" Muskegon Mr. John C. "Jake" Borgerding, Sr., age 66, died Tuesday, January 11, 2005. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on June 12, 1938 to Herman & Martha Hill Borgerding, Sr. & married the former Charlotte Jones on December 19, 1970 in grand Rapids, MI. Mr. Borgerding served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He had been employed as a Inspector at Sealed Power for 32 years until retiring in 1994. He had an avid passion for boating, boat restoration, musical performance, video photography & genealogy. Foremost he enjoyed his family. SURVIVORS Wife, Charlotte of 34 years; 4 sons, John Cindy Borgerding, Jr. of Muskegon, Jeff Cheryl Borgerding of Muskegon, Mark Bev Borgerding of UT & Mike Amber Pitre Borgerding of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Cara, Melissa, Jason, Justin 2 sisters, Iris Galindo of Muskegon & Lynn Bob Kuehneman of Beulah, MI; many nieces, nephews & close friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Herman Borgerding, Jr. MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, January 15, 2005, 1:00 PM at Calvary Church with Pastor Terry Fulk officiating.
