REMWOLT, MR. JOACHIM ''JOE'' HANS Fruitport, MI Mr. Joachim ''Joe'' Hans Remwolt, age 77, died Friday, February 28, 2003. He was born in StassFurt, Germany on January 2, 1926 to Edward & Elsa Bley Remwolt & married the former Virginia Wuring on April 26, 1956. Mr. Remwolt had been a self employed turkey farmer for 34 years. He then was a self employed truck driver until retiring in 1989. He was a member of Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ. Mr. Remwolt enjoyed fishing, movies, reading, baseball & foremost, his family. SURVIVORS 3 sons, Bill Suzy Remwolt of Charlotte, MI, Ed Gail Remwolt & Jim Remwolt, both of Fruitport, MI; 1 daughter, Joyce Alexander of Grand Haven, MI; 14 grandchildren; 1 brother, Paul Bev Remwolt of Muskegon, MI; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia in 1994; daughter, Jeanne in 1996 & by a sister, Elsa Wilson in 2002. SERVICE Tuesday, March 4, 2003, 11:00 AM at Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ with Pastor Donald Wood officiating. Interment at Spring Lake Cemetery.
