Jerry R Kamerling

Mr. Jerry Ray Kamerling, age 74, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Holland, Michigan on November 9, 1943 and was raised by Joe & Ruth (Boerman) Roberts. Jerry served his country in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion. He married the former Rose VerHulst on March 8, 1968 and had been employed for General Motors for 35 years until retiring. He loved his children and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sons, Theodore "TJ" (Amy) Kamerling of Newaygo, Dennis Davies of West Olive; daughters, Sabrena Smith of Norton Shores, Melynda Reed; grandchildren, Amanda "Monkey" Luft, Rashel Feldman, Cheri Steck, Theodre Kamerling II, David Smith, Janelle Smith, Matthew Smith & Veronica Demmer; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Linda Maynard of Holland; many special nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Roberts; wife, Rose in 2007; grand daughter, Jessica Davies; brother, Randy. SERVICE Friday, December 8, 2017, Noon at Jericho Road Church, 2808 S.
