Jerry Chilcote

Mr. Jerry E. Chilcote, age 76, died Wednesday, October 15, 2008. He was born in Muskegon, MI on November 14, 1931 to William & Edith (Bodey) Chilcote. He served his country in the US Army and married the former Donna Foose on June 29, 1957. Mr. Chilcote had been employed at Muskegon Paper Box for 34 years until retiring. He was a member of the Muskegon Eagles & Polish Union. Jerry was an avid hunter & fisherman who enjoyed being a Detroit Tigers & Lions fan, woodworking, yard work and his pets. But foremost was always his family. SURVIVORS Wife, Donna; daughters, Danita (Luke) Hicks of AZ, Nora (Bill Norris II) Chilcote of Muskegon, Marla Mikos of AZ; grandchildren, Sabrina, Alexander, Angelica, Brandon; sister, Josephine (Morris) Powers of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by brothers, Phillip & Donald; sisters, Shirley & Maxine. SERVICE Monday, October 20, 2008, 1:00 PM at Clock Chapel with Rev. Ken Shady officiating.
