Jerome A. Willoughby, 67, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mary Ann, and one son, Jason Patrick. The service for Mr. Willoughby will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Spring Lake Presbyterian Church where friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service.
