Mr. Jeffrey Allan Sleaford, age 66, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2024. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on September 7, 1957 to Robert & Betty (McClure) Sleaford, graduated from Whitehall High School and then served his country in the US Army. Jeff married the former Martha Kent Johnson on June 5, 1980. Mr. Sleaford had been an auto mechanic and managed a Meineke Muffler Shop before becoming a Truck Driver for Vitran until retiring. Jeff liked working on cars, especially Muscle Cars. He was a fan of Star Trek, the Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon. Jeff enjoyed watching Jeopardy and became an online Ordained Minister so he could perform weddings for several of his relatives. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

wife, Martha; 3 sons, Rick (Sherri) Johnson, Chad (Maribel) Johnson, Craig (Joy) Johnson; daughter, Heidi Munoz; special "daughter", Heather Newville-Haney; grandchildren, Brent, Danielle, Emma, Dakota, Aydin, Owen, Zachary, Trynity, Andrew, Addisyn, Evelynn-Mae, Ethan; brother, Michael (Leticia) Sleaford; sister, Nancy Sleaford; many nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his father Robert Sleaford, mother, Betty Pearson and step-father, Carl Pearson.
