Jeanette Marie Maus, age 83, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was born in Muskegon, MI on June 24, 1941 to Betty (Moe) and Lyle Ellison. She married Richard Maus on November 30, 1973. Jeanette had worked at AmStore for several years until deciding to stay home and raise her family. She later worked in the office for Big Jim Singleton rental properties. Jeanette loved to travel and had visited 46 states including two trips to Alaska. She and husband Richard had a motorhome and wintered in Yuma AZ for 18 years. They were also members of VFW Post 7729 and had many friends there. Jeanette loved to clean and everything in her home was neat, organized and polished. She especially enjoyed camping and riding her quadrunner on and around their property in Bitley, MI. Jeanette will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

husband Richard Maus; daughters Kim Moenning, Kathy (Aaron) Miller; son Jeff (Chris Mueller) Maus; daughter-in-law Linda Maus; grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Mallory, Sona (Chris) Nunez, Travis Lopez, Steven Lawrence, Alicia (Michael) Haar, Konner Maus, Kaleb Whitener, Jamie (Brandon) Current, Kyle (Cara) Maus, Randy Maus; many great-grandchildren; brother, Dan (Karen) Ellison. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Richard Maus Jr, brother Larry Ellison and son-in-law Dennis Moenning.
