Jean Wiener

Mrs. Raleah Jean Wiener, age 80, passed away August 24, 2014. Jean was the beloved wife of Joel "Gub" for 61 wonderful years. Jean was an avid and valued community volunteer, most recently with Harbor Hospice. SURVIVORS Jean was the loving mother of David (Fran Cook), Daniel (Brenda), Mike (Lonnie), Naomi Seyferth (David) and Josiah "Shay" (Linda). Jean was the proud grandmother of Rebecca Katz, Sara, Sam, Molly, Ben and Nich Wiener, Marisa (Matt Fechik) and Brendan (Jen) Pelto, Rachael, Zach, Hillary, Alyssa and Jessica Wiener; as well as the adoring great-grandmother of Cobin Katz, and Cable and Moxie Pelto. Jean is survived by her sister Nancy (Marvin) Schiller, loving sister-in-law Jo Pattullo, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Jean was preceded in death by her parents Samuel G. Klayf and Harriet Grossman Klayf. SERVICE Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 3:00 PM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rabbi Alan Alpert officiating. Interment at Mona View Cemetery immediately following.
