Jayson Alan Payne

Jayson A. Payne, age 62. passed away unexpectedly of natural causes in his home 12/3/21. Jayson was born to Donald and Viola Payne on 2/4/1959 in Grand Haven, MI where he grew up. He later moved to Branch where his parents lived to assist them. As a child he enjoyed Boy Scouts, camping and in his later teen years began restoring cars. He was self employed as a cement contractor and later as a licensed construction contractor. Jayson is survived by his father Donald, brother Russell Payne, sister Dawn (Petri) Peltoniemi, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Viola and his brother Norman Payne. A memorial service will be held at his siter Dawn's home on Saturday, December 11,2021 between 2-4 pm.
