Jayleigh Nicole Westfall, age 6 months, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at Spectrum Health - Butterworth Campus, in Grand Rapids, MI. Jayleigh was born on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2007 in Grand Rapids to Ashleigh Westfall and Raymond Brock. She is survived by her parents; grandmother, Kristine E. Westfall of Fruitport; great-grandmother, Mary E. Westfall of Grand Haven; special friend, Lee Tillema and by many extended family members. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 3PM Thursday, August 30, 2007, at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Avenue 231-726-5210 with Pastor Harley Harned officiating.
