Janet Marilyn Vorgias, age 90, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023. She was born in Evanston, IL on April 23, 1933 to Rudy & Kay (Wintergerst) Schlesinger and married Milton "Rex" Vorgias on February 9, 1952 and he preceded her in death in 2003. Janet graduated from Muskegon Heights High School in 1950 and went on to start a secretarial school called StarGirl. She worked as an executive secretary for S.D. Warren Paper Mill for many years and also worked as an executive secretary at various other places including Alcan Cable in Atlanta, Georgia. Janet enjoyed oil painting doing portraits and landscapes and also like writing poetry.

SURVIVORS

2 sons, Jeffery Vorgias, Steven Vorgias; daughter Suzanne Lane of Las Vegas; grandson Nathan King of Los Angeles; several nieces and nephews.
