Janet Lou Parker

Mrs. Janet Lou Parker, age 79, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on November 11, 1936 to Fredolph & Eliza (Ashcraft) Norstrom and married Robert Parker on March 13, 1955. Mrs. Parker had been employed for Terry Lee Market and Plumbs before becoming a secretary for Muskegon Public Schools where she retired. Janet was a member of Lakeside Neighborhood Association. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Husband of 61 years, Robert; sons, Stephen (Beth) Parker of Muskegon, Scott (Yolanda) Parker of MD, Barry (Liz) Parker of Muskegon, Matthew (Shelly) Parker of Muskegon, Clinton (Lynda) Parker of OH; grandchildren, Erinn & Evan Parker, Anthony Almendarez; great grandson, Adrian Almendarez; brother, Gordon Norstrom of Grand Haven; several nieces and nephews.
