James Sullivan

Mr. James Arthur Sullivan, age 56, of Twin Lake, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2007 at his home. He was born May 10, 1951 in Muskegon. Jim served our country in the United States Marine Corps with two tours spent in Viet Nam. He had worked as a truck driver, was a member of the VFW Post #3195 and the Fruitport Eagles. Jim enjoyed fishing and camping. Jim was preceded in death by parents, Margaret and Glen Teal; an infant son, Edmund; his sister, Joyce Teal; and his fianc'e, Debbie. Surviving are his children: James (Rachel) Sullivan, Jon Sullivan, and Amber (Russell) VerHulst; 6 granddaughters: Joslin, Kelli, Mackayla, Briana, Torie, and Allyssa; brothers and sisters: Terry, Richard, Ada (Tim), Pat (George), and Phyllis (Ed); step brother, Jimmy Teal; former sister-in-law, Billie Sullivan; several nieces and nephews; his second wife, Eleanor; and his children's mother, Cynthia. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
