James

James "Jim" Floyd Ripley, 80, of Muskegon, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024.

Jim was born June 30, 1944, the son of Floyd and Elaine Ripley. Jim had a long career, but enjoyed his role as a program engineer during his time in Lebanon Missouri the most.. He was a member of the Fruitport Eagles and spent time with the White Lake Coon Hunters Club. Jim enjoyed his hunting dogs, fishing, hunting, shooting pool, reading, and socializing. He was a out-going, talkative, caring man who will be deeply missed.

SURVIVORS

Family was a great source of pride for Jim and he adored his only daughter, Catherine (Michael) Behrenbrinker. Many other survivors including, his son, Jim Ripley; brothers, Wayne and Richard Ripley, and Robert and Jim Bisard; his companion Dolly Krugle; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his son, Darrel Ripley; parents; dog, Chief; and many others that he loved.

SERVICES

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Clock Funeral Home 1469 Peck Street Muskegon. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the start of the service. A luncheon will be held following the service. Interment will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery.
