Mr. James E. Gould, age 74, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2011. He was born in Alpena, MI on April 26, 1937 to Floyd & Lyla (Cramer) Gould and married the former Sally Bennett on April 22, 1958. Mr. Gould won the silver & gold gloves title of the U.P. as a teen and became commercial fisherman for several fisheries throughout the state and worked at Story & Clark Piano Factory for 16 yrs. He was the leader of his band "Jim and the REBS" for 20 years. In 1976 he bowled a 300 game and he was a member of the Grand Haven Eagles. SURVIVORS Wife of 53 years, Sally; sons, Jimbo Gould, Daniel (Nancy) Gould; daughters, Sandy (Ron) Traxler, Shelly (Jeff) Frye, Ginger (Phil) Creasy; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers & 1 sister. SERVICE A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
