FALLON, MR. JAMES KYRAN Fruitport, MI James Kyran Fallon, age 84, a Glenside resident for 40 years & later a member of the former Dirkse Country Home, now the Hartley House of the Generation Care family for more than a decade, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at Select Specialty Hospital. Jim, a member of a five-generation Muskegon family, was born on December 8, 1917 to Thomas D. & Ann M. Pedersen Fallon & attended Muskegon High School. He was employed by Sealed Power & Continental Motors. An avid sports fan, Jim's interests also centered in poetry & semi-classical music. He had one of the most extensive biography & autobiography book collections on World War II. He was among the oldest listed members of Central United Methodist Church. SURVIVORS: A sister, Mrs. Elizabeth R. Wilson of Norton Shores; a brother, Thomas E. Barbara Fallon of Bay City; a beloved niece, Michele M. Mark Anderson of Norton Shores; special nephew, Thomas K. Cleotilde Fallon, Veteran State Corrections Officer of Albuquerque, NM & a grand nephew, W. James Larson of Norton Shores. SERVICE: Friday, May 17, 2002, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with the Rev. Randall Hansen of Central United Methodist Church preciding. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery. VISITATION: The family will receive relatives & friends one hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: Central United Methoidst Church Memorial Fund.
