EMERSON, MR. JIM North Muskegon Mr. Jim Emerson, age 63, died Thursday, December 24, 2009. He was born in Muskegon, MI on September 25, 1946 to Lynn & Ann (Soden) Emerson & married the former Connie Swanson on September 7, 1968. Mr. Emerson had been employed as a machinist at SD Warren for 34 years until retiring in October of 2008. Jim was an avid fisherman, sports fan, & liked going to the casinos. Most of all he loved his grandchildren. SURVIVORS Wife, Connie; daughter, Janel (Justin) VanDyke of Muskegon; 2 grandchildren, Cole 1 exchange student daughter, Monique (Ringo) Massa of the Netherlands and their children, June 1 sister, Carol (Lloyd) Ross of Florida.
