James Chaney

James C. "Jim" Chaney, age 61, passed away on March 17, 2007. Jim is survived by his wife of 29 years, Linda; five children, Lori Black, Scott Chaney, Bryce Spoelma, Kristi Chaney, and Blake Spoelma; nine grandchildren; a brother Stan (Lois), and a sister, Sandy (Dave) Smith; two sisters-in-law, Karen Brown, and Kathy Walker. Jim was a Veteran of the United States Army, and an avid hunter and fisherman. A memorial service will be held at the Carriage House Club House at 1930 Carriage Road, off of Quarterline, on Tuesday, March 20th at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour before the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Jim's family in care of Ever Rest Funeral Home.
