James Clifford Anderson, age 75, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023. He was born in Muskegon, MI on February 9, 1948 to Clifford & Marjorie (Carlson) Anderson and served his country in the US Air Force from 1969-1973 doing missle repairs and working with the runway team. He married the former Vonny Mackie on October 10, 1970 and later graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Anderson had been employed as a Industrial Engineer for various employeers like Delphi, Johnson Technology, Lear, Brunswick, and many others. James was a very active member of All Shores Weslyan Church in Spring Lake and enjoyed working with their camera team and childrens ministry. He also liked chopping wood.

SURVIVORS

Wife, Vonny Anderson; sons, Darren Anderson, Keith Anderson, Eric Anderson; grandchildren, Hosanna Anderson, Providence Anderson; brother, Ken Anderson; sisters, Judy (Tom) Wilson, Carolyn (Steve) Brooks; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

SERVICE

Thursday, April 6, 2023, 2:00 PM at All Shores Wesleyan Church with Pastor Peter Yoshoniis officiating. Interment in Fruitport Cemetery.
