Jacob L. Reinecke

REINECKE, MR. JAKE L. Jacob Lawrence Reinecke, age 14, went to be with his Lord on Sunday, July 11, 2004. He was born in Grand Haven on October 19, 1989 to William & Tracy Chittenden Reinecke and would have been a 10th Grader at Grand Haven High School this fall. Jake loved all sports, playing Tri-City kids baseball for nine years while umpiring the last three years. He played YMCA basketball and AYSO soccer. This past year, Jake played on the Grand Haven High School freshman baseball team and had just finished JV basketball camp. He loved being with his friends, playing Nintendo, swimming, fishing and watching ESPN's Sports center. Jake lived life to the fullest and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, coaches and teachers. SURVIVORS Parents, William 2 brothers Jason Jennifer Reinecke of Spring Lake, James Reinecke; 1 sister Shaine Reineke; Grand Parent Larry & Judy Grant and Frances Reinecke; aunts and Uncles, Tony Tess Chittenden, Ken Sheila Reinecke, Mary Beth Jim VanDyke, Margaret Reinecke & Susan Reinecke; numerous loving cousins. Jake was preceded in death by his grandfather Ted Reinecke and Uncle Todd Chittenden SERVICE Friday, July, 16, 2004, 11:00 AM at United Methodist Church of the Dunes in Grand Haven with Rev. Dan Duncan & Rev Jeff Grenell officiating. Interment at Lakeshore Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home- Grand Haven. MEMORIAL: Jacob Reinecke Scholarship Fund or Tri Cities Kids League.
