LANGFELDT, MR. JACK WENTWORTH Spring Lake, MI Mr. Jack W. Langfeldt, age 74, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003. He was born in Muskegon, MI on April 6, 1929 to Hugo & Nellie Olson Langfeldt & married the former Carol Lein in Muskegon, MI on December 27, 1952. Mr. Langfeldt served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as a Building & Zoning Administrator for the City of Holland for 30 years until retiring in 1995. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church where he was elected to the Vestry & was an usher for many years. Mr. Langfeldt was a Former President for the State of Michigan Officials Building Conference, Master Carpenter & was active in the Building Officials Conference of America. SURVIVORS Wife, Carol; 1 son, Gregory Carol Langfeldt of Grand Rapids, MI; 1 daughter, Jackie Rory French of Spring Lake, MI; 1 granddaughter, Kalyn Langfeldt; ''sisters & brothers'' - in law, Marilyn & Vytas Dukas of CA, Judy & Mike Frank of Troy, MI & Nancy & Jim Larson of Spring Lake, MI & their families. He was preceded in death by his parents & by 2 sons, Robert & Paul. SERVICE Friday, May 2, 2003, 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Fr. Joe Ashby officiating.
