Ivaleen Brink

Mrs. Ivaleen Fay Brink, age 70, went to be with her Lord on June 27, 2007. She was born September 26, 1936 in Reed City, Michigan to Arbor and Cristel (Hicks) Moreen. She married Robert J. Brink in 1954. Prior to her retirement she was in management in local industries. She was elected President of the purchasing management association of Western Michigan in 1979-1980. Also, she was an income Tax Consultant for 39 years; she was a former member of Lincoln Golf Club. She was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Hudson, Fl. Survivors her husband, Robert; 4 children, Audrey (Robert) Sly of Port Richey, FL, Kenneth, Matthew (Cheryl), and Todd (Vicki); and a brother, Robert Moreen of Muskegon. She also had 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her brother, Lloyd I. Moreen. Ivaleen and her husband Robert were master toymakers and exhibited their toys at major fine art shows. They were exhibiting members of the Michigan Guild of Artist in Ann Arbor, Michigan. A memorial service will be held at Lebanon Lutheran Church in Whitehall on July 30 at 11:00 am. Contributions may be made to the Building Fund of All Saints Lutheran Church of Hudson, FL.
