Isabelle Ann Orchard

Mrs. Isabelle Ann Orchard, age 93, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2008. She was born May 25, 1914 in Manistee, MI to Jacob and Joanna (Niedzwecki) Bednarek. She lived most of her life in Muskegon. The former Isabelle Bednarek married Robert I. Orchard on June 26, 1937. He preceded her in death on June 6, 1987. Mrs. Orchard is survived by 1 son, Robert (Susan) Orchard of Caledonia, MI; 1 daughter, Karen (Lee) Smrcina of Muskegon, MI; daughter-in-law, Arsenia Orchard of Muskegon, MI; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Duane Orchard on August 8, 2006, parents, 4 brothers, John, Frank, Stanley and Anthony Bednarek and 3 sisters, Celia Miller, Helen Vandertill and Irene Beck. FUNERAL MASS: Wednesday 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rev. Thomas Brown officiating. Burial St. Mary's Cemetery VISITATION: Wednesday 10:00-11:00 A.M. at the Church MEMORIALS: Muskegon County Catholic Education Foundation. Envelopes will be available.
