VANDERLAAN, MRS. ISABEL ANNA Grand Haven, MI formerly of Muskegon, MI Mrs. Isabel Anna Vanderlaan, age 90, died Wednesday, April 23, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on November 23, 1912 to William & Louise Caron Nicolai & married William Vanderlaan in OH on April 12, 1941. Mrs. Vanderlaan had been employed at Brenneman-Hartshorn Curtain Roll Factory & then at Hackley Hospital as a nurse's aid until retiring in 1971. She was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. SURVIVORS 2 daughters, Rosemary Andrew Sidock of Roosevelt Park & Ellen David Stibitz of North Muskegon; 2 sons, Thomas W. Ruth Vanderlaan of Grand Haven & Michael Vanderlaan of Avon, CT; 10 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1970 & by a brother, Raymon Nicolai in 1981. FUNERAL MASS Monday, April 28, 2003, 11:00 AM at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church Marian Chapel with Fr. Julian Reginato officiating. Interment at Restlawn Cemetery.
