Irma Rodriguez

Mrs. Irma Rodriguez, age 92, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016. She was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico on October 20, 1923 to Rosario & Isolina (Rodriguez) Hayes and married the former Jose Rodriguez. Mrs. Rodriguez had been employed at Bil Mar Foods for 28 years until retiring. Irma was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic and Senior Citizen Group at Jefferson Towers. Irma liked to bake and go shopping for clothes and jewelry. She will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Irma's caregivers, Lydia Padecky & Keri Clark, for their wonderful care. SURVIVORS Daughters, Annette (Donald) Blamer, Marsha (Thomas) Storck; sons, William Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Mark Rodriguez; grandchildren, Carrie Ann Toppen, Heather Strach, Eric Storck, Salem Tice, Rhiannon St. Andre, Ryan Rodriguez, Jessica West, Cassie Rodriguez, Lindsey Rodriguez; great grandchildren, Laticia, Diego, Derek, Amelia, Samuel, William, Brezlyn, Jase, Vivian, David brother, Roberto Hayes & sister, Antonia Torres; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose in 2000; son, Christopher in 2014; grandson, William in 2013; daughter-in-law, Gena Lynn. SERVICE Tuesday, August 30, 2016, 11:00 am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Fr. Matthew Barnum officiating. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
