Irene H. Woodrow

Miss Irene Hazel Woodrow, age 97, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the Hume Home. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on August 5, 1919 to Roy & Mae (Gillings) Woodrow. Miss Woodrow had been employed as an executive secretary for Browne-Morse and then Security Steelcraft Corporation for years until retiring in 2000. Irene was a member of Olivet Evangelical Free Church and enjoyed bowling, hockey, baseball and football. SURVIVORS Nephew, Greg (Kathy) Woodrow of TX; great nephews & nieces, Luke, Cari, Leia & Aviana. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Jr. SERVICE Services will be held in June of 2017. Interment in Mona View Cemetery. MEMORIAL: The Hume Home, Muskegon Rescue Mission or Olivet Evangelical Free Church.
