Irene Fitzpatrick

Mrs. Irene Fitzpatrick, age 82, died peacefully Wednesday, June 18, 2008. She was born September 21, 1925 in Muskegon, MI and married Jack D. Fitzpatrick on August 28, 1948 and he died on March 1, 2008. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and retired from Western Union. Survivors are her sons, Doug, Dave (Mel Murphy), Dennis (Jennifer) Fitzpatrick; grandchildren, Bill (B.J.) Vogelsong, Scott (fiancee Jessica McGarry) Fitzpatrick, Lake, Matthew and Celia; great-grandchildren, Skye and Ryan; brother, Frank (Helen) Sohasky, Jr.; aunt, Joan (Edward) Panyrek; very special friends, Roy and Theresa Farrell. Irene was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Celia (Gortat) Sohasky, Sr. The Funeral Liturgy will begin at 11am Saturday at St. Michael's Church. Visitation hours will be Friday, 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Pachesny-Jend Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:30pm. Entoment will be made in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum.
