Ida D. "Diggie" Brunette BRUNETTE, MRS. IDA D. "DIGGIE" Widow of Melvin Ravenna Mrs. Ida D. Brunette, age 85, died Tuesday morning in Fremont, MI where she has resided the past 2 years. She was born April 7, 1920 in Houghton, MI to Charles & Emelia (Hyypio) Herrala; and had resided in the Muskegon area the past 65 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, in 1994; and by 11 brothers and sisters. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Joseph Brunette of Holland, Margaret Roundhouse of Ravenna and Robert Brunette of Chicago, IL; 1 granddaughter, Jodi Roundhouse and by 1 sister, Dorothy of Tapiola, MI. SERVICES will be 10 AM Saturday at Sytsema Funeral Home 737 Apple Avenue 231-726-5210 VISITATION with Ida's family will be 2-4 & 6-8PM Friday. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
