OLSEN, MR. I. THOMAS Muskegon Mr. I. Thomas Olsen, age 73, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005. He was born in Muskegon, MI on July 17, 1932 to Ingvald T. & Minnie A. Foss Olsen & married the former Sharlene Selin Mars on May 28, 1965. Mr. Olsen served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was employed at Mercy Hospital until he retired in 1995. He attended Forest Park Covenant Church. A member of the Musician's Union, Mr. Olsen played the piano & organ in Arnie Chase & Tony Horvath Bands. He was a devoted family man. SURVIVORS Wife, Sharlene; 1 son, David Olsen of Muskegon; 2 daughters, Mary Larsen of Ludington & Janet Bradley Payne of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Kati Arnie Gonzales, Eric Amy Larsen, Chad Larsen, Christopher Payne & Jennifer Payne; 3 great grandchildren, Griffin Gonzales, Gabrielle Gonzales & Ashlyn Larsen; mother-in-law, Marian Mars of Muskegon. SERVICE Thursday, July 28, 2005, 2:00 PM at Forest Park Covenant Church with Rev. Paul Bengtson officiating. VISITATION Thursday, 1-2 PM at Forest Park Covenant Church.
