Hubert William "Bill" Miller, husband of Linda Miller, passed away at home on the morning of April 23rd after a short illness. Billy was born in Chicago, IL on November 29th, 1929 to Hubert Miller Sr. and Phyllis Boyles. A veteran of the Korean War, he served in the United States Navy for thirteen years. Bill enjoyed watching antique and cooking shows as well as being an excellent cook and dealing in antiques. He also dabbled in sketching, oil painting, and watercolors. Simply sitting on his front porch in the summer and keeping track of the neighborhood was a pleasure for Bill. He is survived by his wife, Linda; two sons, Lance Miller of Tulsa OK and Mark (Karin) Miller of Lodi, NJ; as well as two grandchildren, Joshua Miller and Alicia Miller of Lodi, NJ. Billy's sister, Dianne and husband, Jack Spurr reside in Crystal Lake, IL. The remainder of the Miller clan, consisting of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces, live in various parts of the country including Alaska. A memorial service to celebrate his life is planned for May 31st at Billy's little home that he loved. God Bless all of the people at Visiting Nurses Hospice that helped us through this heartbreaking time. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1006 3rd Street, Muskegon, MI 49440.
