Mr. Henry Rademaker, age 87, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, June 10, 2007. He was born in Hansweert, Netherlands on February 22, 1920 to Henry & Catherine (Ribbens) Rademaker & married the former Lois M. Prys on March 27, 1942. Mr. Rademaker served his country in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII. He had been employed as a generation superintendent at Grand Haven Board of Light & Power for 29 years until retiring in 1982. After retirement Henry & Lois managed Spring Lake Trailer Park for 17 years. He was a member of Rose Park Baptist Church of Holland. Mr. Rademaker was an avid camper, traveler, reader & bible student. Henry enjoyed the outdoors, people, Mission Work, but foremost was his family. SURVIVORS 2 sons, Henry C. Sr. (Carol) Rademaker of Grand Haven & Harvey Lee (Barbara) Rademaker of Grand Haven; 2 daughters, Catherine (James) Dempsey of Temperance, MI & Gloria Joyce (Joe) Romeyn of Holland, MI; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; 1 brother, Joe (Betty) Rademaker of West Olive, MI. several nieces & nephews & a special friend, Hazel Baron of Grand Haven. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Lois & a great grandson, Jonathan Rademaker. SERVICE Thursday, June 14, 2007, 11:00 AM at Rose Park Baptist Church with Pastor David Smith officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: Mission Fund of Rose Park Baptist Church.
