Henry Fielstra

Mr. Henry A. Fielstra, age 91, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. He was born in Muskegon, MI on July 30, 1922 to Cornelius & Lena (Krose) Fielstra and married the former Clara Zuidema on November 17, 1951. Mr. Fielstra had been owner and operator of Zephyr Cleaners for years until retiring. He was a member of Word of Hope Church where he was an Elder and was a charter member Portside A's and Puddle Jumpers. Henry also served on Fruitport Village Council. SURVIVORS Sons, Larry (Judy) Fielstra of Grand Rapids, Robert (Joanne) Fielstra of Fruitport, Roger (Sharon) Fielstra of Fruitport; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; stepchildren, Donald (Diane) DeVries of Spring Lake, Carolyn Cihos of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara and brother Gerald (Eilen) Fielstra. SERVICE Friday, October 18, 2013, 11:00 AM at Word of Hope Church with Rev. John Koedyker officiating.
