TRETHEWEY, MRS. HELEN L. Muskegon Mrs. Helen L. Trethewey, age 90, died Sunday, May 30, 2010. She was born in Melbourne, Australia on January 11, 1920 to John and Isabell (Simmons) Marshall and married Vernon Trethewey in Melbourne, Australia on June 3, 1944. Mrs. Trethewey had been employed as a secretary at DeBoer Nursing Home prior to retiring. Mrs. Trethewey was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, St. Paul's 7th Guild & English Girls Club. SURVIVORS Daughter, Kay Wheeler of Lake City; sisters, Norma Beckman & Jeanne Hendricks of Melbourne, Australia; grand children, Kate (Gary) Cheatum, Joe (Rachael) Fearnely, Dan (Stephanie) Fearnly, Kasey (Tony) Wheeler, Jesse Wheeler & Dean Wheeler; great grandchildren, D'Anthony, Abrielle, Darrion, D.J. & Makenna. Special Niece, Alana DeGarmo, along with many more nieces and nephews. special friends, Marge Cunningham, Margaret Mell, Sue & Tom Bowen & Karen Pierce. She was preceded in death by husband, Vern; sisters, Belle, Lena brother, Jack and daughter, Gail Fearnley.
