SWANSON, MRS. HELEN Muskegon, MI Mrs. Helen G. Swanson, age 85, died Saturday, May 25, 2002. She was born in Gladstone, MI on August 16, 1916 & lived her adult life is Escanaba, MI. Helen moved to the Muskegon area to be with her family for her final year. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Swanson & by a brother, Oliver Coon. She is survived by her sons, Richard Patricia Swanson of Muskegon, MI, Robert Swanson of Laurel, MD & Mark Maria Swanson of Wenatchee, WA; 9 grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Anderson Funeral Home in Escanaba, MI with burial at Fernwood Cemetery in Gladstone, MI. The family wishes to thank the people at McAuley Place & Oak Crest Manor for their loving care given to Helen this past year.
