Helen Hughey

Mrs. Helen Hughey, age 81, departed this life and joined her beloved husband, Houston on December 13, 2008, at Visiting Nurse Service, Hospice. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Telvis and Ronie Easter; daughter, Norma Jean (Tina) Green; son, Sebastian S.E. Hughey. Brothers and sisters, Grady Easter, Caldwell Easter, Marvin T. Easter, Marzell Easter, Mattie Faye Sims and Healon Rodessa King. She leaves to cherish her memory - children: R. Faye Adams (Mitchel), Rochester, NY; Houston Hughey, Jr. (Jean), Rochester, NY; Dwight C. Hughey, Las Vegas, NV; Trea Hughey, Muskegon, MI; Renee Kitchen-McElrath (Troy), Muskegon, MI and Fatina (Missy) Thurmond-Hall, Dallas, TX. Brothers: Odis Lee Easter, Bossier City, LA; Wade Easter, San Antonio, TX and George Easter, Wichita Falls, TX. She also leaves twenty-two grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, four godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 20 at 11:00a.m. from the Beulah Baptist Church.
