Hawkins, Carolyn A.

Carolyn A. Hawkins passed away at home, under the loving care of her family, on December 29, 2006 at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; a daughter, Marilyn Smith, and a granddaughter, Trista Hawkins. Carolyn is survived by a daughter, Peggy (Larry) Harpe of Muskegon; two sons, William L. (Vicki) Hawkins of AZ and James (Sue) Hawkins of HI; ten grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; two sisters; and a brother. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Montague United Methodist Church, 8555 Cook Street, Montague. Carolyn's cremated remains will be buried next to her husband, Paul, in Arizona. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Harbor Hospice.
