Harvey A. Waite

Harvey A. Waite passed away September, 5, 2008. Harvey was born in Mt. Pleasant, MI to Stanton & Bertha (Gruno) Waite. He married Elizabeth (Betty) Sparks. Harvey attended Muskegon High School & Michigan State University. He served in the US Air Force on a B-17 & as a pilot during WWII. He retired from the Grand Trunk Western Railroad. Harvey was a life member of the B.P.O. Elks Muskegon Lodge #274. SURVIVORS Wife, Elizabeth, daughter, Judy (John) Murbarger of Summerville, SC; 2 grandsons, Jason (Sharon) Murbarger of North Charleston SC, Joshua (Emily) Murbarger of Philadelphia, PA; 2 great grandsons, Jarrod & Jordan Murbarger of North Charleston SC; great granddaughter, Artemis Murbarger of Philadelphia, PA; sister-in-law, Dorene Waite. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Waite. SERVICE The family will observe Harvey's passing privately.
