ANDERSON, MR. HARVEY GUSTAVE Norton Shores Mr. Harvey Gustave Anderson, age 75, died Saturday, June 24, 2006. He was born in Muskegon on June 26, 1930 to Harvey & Evelyn (Coleman) Anderson. Mr. Anderson married Joy Schafer in 1952 who preceded him in death in 1989. He later married the former Geraldine Seyferth. Mr. Anderson had served his country in the U.S. Air Force as a Staff Sergeant during the Korean Conflict. Upon returning he joined the family business, Anderson Pattern, Inc. and later founded Anderson Industries, Inc. Mr. Anderson had been a well known Industrialist and Community Civic Leader having served as President of the Mona Shores School Board and on the Norton Shores City Council. He was a member of the Mona Shores Baptist Church where he served in a number of capacities. SURVIVORS Wife, Geraldine "Gerri"; 4 sons, Harvey Gregg (Sheri) Anderson of Phoenix, AZ, Mark Anderson of Norton Shores, Brian (Julie) Anderson of Grand Haven, Chris (Julie)Anderson of Hesperia; daughter, Sharon (Kevin) Heeres of Flushing, MI; 2 stepsons, David Seyferth of Norton Shores, Paul (Ronda) Seyferth of Holton, MI; stepdaughter, Jane Christiansen of Norton Shores; 18 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Joy in 1989; son, Joel in 1984; and sister, Doreen Berntsen. SERVICE Tuesday, June 27, 2006, 12:30 PM at Mona Shores Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Husmann officiating. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Love A Child.
