HARMSEN, MR. HAROLD J. Norton Shores, MI Mr. Harold J. Harmsen, age 75, died Wednesday, July 17, 2002. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 25, 1926 to Harold & Nettie Harmsen & married the former Francine Voogd on September 13, 2000. Mr. Harmsen served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army & had been employed in sales at Interstate Brands until retiring in 1985. He was a member of Unity Reformed Church, V.F.W. Post 3195 & served as a board member of Muskegon Co-Op Credit Union. SURVIVORS: Wife, Fran; children, Melissa Jamie Darwin & Paula Andersen, both of Muskegon, MI, Wayne Andersen of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary Eric Packer of Allendale, MI, Susie Roy Welch, Aubrie Ray, Sherril Mike Kingery & Steven Ina Ray, all of Muskegon; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Monday, July 22, 2002, 1:00 PM at Unity Reformed Church with Rev. John Brown officiating. There will be no visitation. MEMORIAL: Unity Reformed Church Memorial Fund.
