ALLISON, MR. HAROLD D. Fruitport Mr. Harold D. Allison, age 71, died Saturday, August 20, 2005. He was born in Muskegon, MI on January 5, 1934 to William & Blanche Pettigrove Allison & married the former Marilyn "Judy" Prentiss on November 21, 1953 in South Bend, IN. Mr. Allison was employed as a Dozer Operator for 30 years at S.D. Warren Company, retiring in 1984. He was an avid fisherman and loved to spend time with his family. SURVIVORS Wife of 51 years, Marilyn "Judy"; son, Craig Lori Allison of Fruitport, MI; 3 daughters, Melody Craig Cloud of Fruitport, MI, Charmon Larry Buchanan of Florida and Cynthia Troy Horsly of Muskegon, MI; 6 grandchildren, Tamara Doug DeWitte, Melissa Dieters, Justin Allison, Andrea Allison, Tara Eric Hook, Cody Wasilchenko; 6 great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Isabel Prentiss of Hesperia, MI; sister, Tressa Schutter of Pottersville, MI; 4 brothers, Thurlo Allison of Fruitport, MI, Cecil Allison of Hart, MI, Lester Diane Allison of WA, David Allison of Hart, MI; special friends, Dan Nummerdor & Jim Cole. Mr. Allison was preceded in death by his parents and by 2 brothers, William and Russel Allison. SERVICE Tuesday, August 23, 2005, 11:00 AM at the Clock Funeral Home in Fruitport with Elder Skip Hicks officiating. Interment at Fruitport Cemetery.
