Gundy, Richard C.

Richard was born March 11, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio. He was a graduate of the Univ. of Toledo and was employed by building contractor Mckinnon - Parker and the Douglas Company as accountant/treas-urer. He served in the U.S. army during WWII and was awarded the bronze star. Richard married Maxine Feller in 1949. He moved to Whitehall, Mich. following retirement in 1977. He served as treasurer for the Whitehall Congregational church and as a member of the Whitehall Methodist church. Richard loved to travel. hike, ski, and read. He is served by wife, Maxine; daughter, Jody; and sons, Thomas and David. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
